Anyways, I'm glad I read this before watching the final episodes of the second season, because the character, Rainbow Dash, was definitely not in character during MLD(It's like a different continuum) and I have some kind of different view on the character now. It's not a bad one, it's just not... I dunno. Either way, hopefully, once I watch the last episodes, I'll regain my original perception of Rainbow Dash. :3 MLD was really good, but also really heavy.
I feel like it could be a great one shot manga(a long one), or a full length film.
And I'm not even gonna bother with "Cupcakes". That just seems like gratuitous violent imagery. Just like Higurashi. lol.
(Random and also spoilers for Kanon(2007): I was almost flat out bawling when I saw the part where Makoto was reverting back into a fox and she wanted to get married to... *sigh* well, it doesn't sound sad unless you watch it from the beginning... Blah blah, whatever. That entire anime almost made my cry, so I'm not going to attempt Air or Clannad. Hahahah. XD So while MLD was quite an emotional story, it wasn't so emotionally manipulative like Kanon. And Kanon is as sad of a story as I'm willing to hear/see, so other novels or irl stuff, I don't think I could handle without getting all weepy.
